TUCSON, Ariz. - The Comcast building on Oracle Road was listed for sale for $35.15 million.
According to to brokerage firm B+E, the 211,152 square foot property at 4690 N. Oracle Road sits on 5.15 acres of land and includes 1,050 covered parking spaces.
The property sold in 2017 for $22.9 million. It was renovated in 2016.
The facility was built in the mid 1980s as the Tucson Galleria mall. Comcast took it over as a call center in 2015.
More than 1,100 people work in the building and earn a combined payroll of $35 million. B+E estimates the building has a $385 million economic impact on Tucson.
External Affairs Comcast Director Julianne Phares said, "The sale has no impact to our employees or operations."
