Colossal Cave Mountain Park will be closed to the public this week due to repaving.
According to Program Manager Carol Brichta, the park will be closed from Oct. 7-10.
"Pima County Natural Resources, Parks and Recreation in conjunction with the Pima County Department of Transportation will perform milling and repaving of Old Spanish Trail at Pistol Hill Road to the parking lot entrance of Colossal Cave Mountain Park," the park said in a statement.
Colossal Cave Mountain park is located at 16721 E. Old Spanish Trail.
The 2,400-acre area features a crystal-filled cave and historic La Posta Quemada Ranch.
