A new hot spot is heading to Tucson.

City Park will be another development to be built in the growing Downtown, Tucson.

The 18 million dollar project, City Park will be the perfect mix of work, dining and play.

"Hopefully, this will be another positive piece to the whole puzzle," says Don Bourn, partner at Bourn Companies.

The 63,000 sq. ft. building will be located on Congress Street and will have five stories.

The first two levels will be a food hall with 14 different food and retail vendors. The names of those vendors are yet to be announced.

City Park will also have music and entertainment halls and a bowling alley inside.

Bourn companies leased two floors of the building  to a mining technology company, Hexagon

The Congress Street location will be the headquarters for Hexagon and they will have 250 employees.

The fifth floor will be a roof top overlooking Downtown.

"We're thinking about making it a conference and event center so more people can enjoy it," said Bourn.

While the date is yet to be announced -- City Park will open in 2018.
