TUCSON, Ariz. — A local nonprofit organization is selling five dollar dresses to raise money to buy prom dresses to give for free.
Cinderella's Closet Tucson is having a Bibbity Bobbity Boutique five dollar dress sale at the Junior League of Tucson on East River Rd. to help raise money to buy prom dress to give to girls who can't afford it.
The organization takes donations from the community to give these prom dresses out, but they said they've received 100s of donated dresses that aren't for prom, so they've decided to put this sale together.
The organization has been around since 2009, with the help of never having another girl not feel like she can't attend her own prom. The sale will be going on from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday.
