Prosecutors are dropping charges against one of the four people accused in Wyllow Brewer's death.
Brianna Raidy no longer faces second-degree murder charges or two counts of child abuse.
The other three defendants. including the child's mother Kylie Brewer still face murder charges.
Six-month-old Wyllow brewer was found dead in February. An autopsy shows she died of blunt force injuries and malnutrition.
