CHANDLER, Ariz. - Police have identified a man who was fatally shot at a Chandler house party, but they aren't releasing the name of a man questioned about the homicide.

They say the man voluntarily met with detectives Sunday morning and hasn't been arrested or charged.

Police said Tuesday the case report will be forwarded to the Maricopa County Attorney's Office for review.

Police say they received multiple 911 calls of shots fired at a residence with a number people fleeing from the home around 3 a.m. Sunday.

When officers arrived, they say 26-year-old Alejandro Ramirez of Chandler was found lying in the backyard with multiple gunshot wounds.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police investigators say there was a party at the residence when an argument broke out and shot were fired.
