A man was arrested and booked into the Cochise County Jail Thursday for sexual conduct with a minor and sexual assault with a minor.
Deputies identified the man as 43-year-old Michael Smith.
Multiple agencies assisted in locating Smith after the Cochise County Sheriff's Office received a call in reference to an assault at a residence in Palominas.
Smith is being held in jail with no bond.
