TUCSON, Ariz. — Casino Del Sol AVA Amphitheater hosts 15th annual Tucson Tamal and Heritage Festival for the kick off of the holiday season Saturday.
The tamal festival will bring over 10,000 attendees for this Tucson tradition.
The event is from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. at AVA Amphitheater, 5655 West Valencia Road.
The festival will include live local entertainment, unique gift vendors, kid-friendly activities, and more.
Along with tamales included; fry bread, tacos, burritos, kettle corn, churros and aguas frescas.
There will be a tamale contest, which will be determined by more than 50 judges.
