The case against a University of Arizona College Dean was dismissed today.
Jesse Bootman was facing charges for allegedly sexually assaulting, drugging, and kidnapping a woman 2 years ago.
The victim told police she went back to Bootman's place after running into him at a restaurant and woke up the next morning in bed with a broken nose, bloody face and an injured knee.
A judge dismissed the case without prejudice meaning prosecutors can take him back to court for those same charges in the future.
