TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) - A car ended up half-submerged in a Tempe canal after the driver botched a U-turn.
Police say the 61-year-old woman who was driving the car misjudged her position at a car wash.
She wasn't injured.
Lt. Scott Smith says there was no immediate indication of impairment.
