A U.S. Border Patrol agent and helicopter crew rescued a Mexican man who suffered a leg injury near Ajo Wednesday.
According to the Border Patrol, the Air and Marine Operations Yuma Air Branch helicopter crew helped the agent rescue the man.
The crews responded to a 911 call from an illegal immigrant from Sinaloa, Mexico, who said he was injured and his cell phone battery was dwindling.
The crews transported him to the Ajo Border Patrol Station for medical treatment.
