U.S. Border Patrol agents arrested a suspect who had been deported after serving a nine-month sentence for reckless homicide.
Agents arrested Genaro Galvan-Mora near Nogales, Ariz. Feb. 27 and found that he had been convicted of the homicide in Loudon County, Tenn. in May 2016.
Galvan faces felony illegal re-entry charges.
