An Ajo sector border patrol agent is behind bars for allegedly having inappropriate contact with a minor.
Kyle Mrofka is being held in the Pima County Jail with no bond.
According to the Tucson Sentinel, Mrofka was wanted out of California for lewd acts with a teenage girl back in 2013.
They say it happened when the girl was 13 or 14 years old, and Mrofka was about a decade older than her.
The Sentinel reports Mrofka has been suspended from border patrol without pay.
