The Border Patrol in Yuma says a group of 20 men was smuggling marijuana Tuesday when agents caught up to them.
The men were from Honduras, Mexico and Nicaragua and were carrying over 300 pounds of pot through the southern Arizona desert west of Gila Bend.
The Border Patrol says the men were headed toward Interstate 8, a commonly used corridor for smuggling.
They were wearing camouflage clothing and carpet on their shoes so to hide their tracks.
