TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Authorities were investigating a suspicious package downtown, according to Tucson Police Department, but police say it was just a musical instrument left at a bus stop.
Sgt. Pete Dugan said Congress between 5th and 6th Avenue was closed. Roads are being opened back up.
