TUCSON, Ariz. — After weeks without answers, the search for a missing man in Vail has come to a tragic conclusion.
Pima County Sheriff's deputies confirmed the a body found near Old Spanish Trail and Camino Loma Alta is that of 70-year-old William Baumeister. Police say his death doesn't look suspicious at this point.
Authorities described him as a vulnerable adult when he was first reported missing. He was last seen on Dec. 11 riding a bike on East Troika Street heading towards Old Spanish Trail.
