The Foster and Adoptive Council of Tucson will be celebrating their annual Blue Ribbon Event on Sunday.
The event is to "honor the children in foster care and the families who love them and to promote the need for more foster and adoptive homes," according to a press release.
The Blue Ribbon Event is a free event that will feature food, entertainment and activites for the kids including face painting, a jumping castle, basketball and a raffle.
The day will also feature guest speakers from juvenile courts and Miss City of Maricopa.
