Southbound Flowing Wells is back open near Roger after a cyclist was hit by a car around 8:00 p.m. on Thursday night.
When Northwest Fire crews arrived on scene, they found the rider - a man in his 40s - laying in the road.
A portion of southbound Flowing Wells was shut down while emergency crews were treating that man.
He was transported to the hospital with serious injuries, however - they are not life-threatening.
The driver of the car did stay on scene and the Pima County Sheriff's Department is now investigating.
