A bear was spotted walking the Proctor parking area of Madera Canyon, Sunday. Richard Fray recorded the animal.

Bear spotted in Madera Canyon
According to Arizona Game and Fish, bear sightings are common in Madera Canyon. In addition to bears, visitors may also see mountain lions, bobcats, foxes, turkeys, coatimundis and deer in the area.
