Saturday was a special day for new moms and new dads at the 162nd National Guard on Valencia.
A group from the Robson Ranch Community called The Women of Quail Creek held a baby shower for the newborns of parents serving at D-M.
There were more than 1,000 handmade gifts like bibs, blanks, and hats.
Parents also got hundreds of other gifts like disposable diapers, baby clothing, and personal care items.
There was also a raffle for larger items like strollers and car seats during the shower.
