A bear was euthanized on the northeast side of Tucson Saturday night.
According to the Arizona Game and Fish Department, the bear was found in the 7700 block of E. Park View Dr.
AZGFD says the bear was very old, malnourished and ill.
The bear was over 16-years-old, with blunted teeth, lesions and possibly vision impaired.
"The bear was unlikely to have survived much longer let alone through the winter," AZGFD said.
