TUCSON, Ariz. -- The Arizona Supreme Court will hear a case against the Arizona Board of Regents.
Attorney General Mark Brnovich is suing the board for skyrocketing tuition and fees at state universities.
According to the Attorney General's office, in state tuition has increased by more than 300% since 2003.
Arizona's constitution requires tuition to be provided as nearly free as possible.
A date for oral arguments has not been set.
