TUCSON, Ariz. — Tuscon police are warning drivers to think twice before getting behind the wheel after drinking St. Patrick's Day weekend.
Across the state, police have put out more patrols in anticipation of the holiday. In Tucson, increased patrols will be out from 6p.m. to 4 a.m., per a press release from Governor Doug Ducey and Alberto Gutier, Ducey's Director of Highway Safety.
“We want everyone to enjoy the holiday festivities and to do so responsibly by having a designated driver, calling a friend,a ride service, or taking a taxi home," said Guiter in the release.
Sun Link Street car will be available as scheduled.
