Authorities seek armed Subway robbers

Pima County Sheriff's Deputies are looking for two suspects who allegedly robbed a Subway with a gun.

On December 1 just after 9 p.m. deputies responded to the Subway at 5095 N La Canada Drive for a report of a robbery. 

They learned that two male suspects had entered the store and demanded money from the register.

One of the suspects displayed a black handgun in his waistband. 

The employee opened the drawer and the male with the gun took all the cash from the drawer.

Both suspects left the store on foot and headed north. 

The first suspect is described as a Caucasian male in his early 30s. He was last seen wearing a black and white baseball cap with skulls on it. He wore a dark-colored hoodie and blue jeans.

He was armed with a black handgun. 

This suspect is believed to be responsible for multiple robberies throughout the Tucson area, including a Compass Bank robbery on December 8 and at least 3 others.

The second suspect is described as a Hispanic or Middle Eastern male and appears to be in his mid 30's. He has dark hair and a beard.

He was last seen wearing glasses and a red U of A sweatshirt and blue jeans.
