Authorities responded to a car that was stuck in a wash near Calle Marte and Avenida Planeta around 2:40 Monday afternoon.
Witnesses say the driver, an adult male, was the only one in the car.
He was able to get out on his own and the water was up to his waist.
By the time fire crews arrived on scene he was out of his car.
