A Tucson man is awaiting extradition to Pima County following his arrest in Texas for sexual exploitation of a minor, according to a news release from the Pima County Sheriff's Department.

PCSD says on August 24 detectives in the Sex Crimes Unit responded to the 3000 block of West Country Hill Drive to serve a search warrant at the home of 48-year-old Brian Foley.

According to information provided by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, Foley was reported to have child pornography on a computer at his home.

As detectives were conducting the search they learned that Foley had possibly left town. Based on the evidence found at his home, a felony warrant was issued for his arrest.

PCSD says on Saturday with the assistance of the Amarillo and Lubbock Police Departments , Foley was arrested in Amarillo, Texas.

Foley was booked and charged with four counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and is awaiting extradition to Pima County.

The investigation is still ongoing at this time.
