TUCSON, Ariz. — Authorities say they the driver involved in a crash Saturday that killed two people has been arrested.
An arrest warrant was issued for 40-year-old Bruce Stocker for second degree murder, aggravated assault, aggravated DUI and aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, the Pima County Sheriff's Department said Thursday.
According to a news release from PCSD, Stocker was hospitalized after the crash Saturday near Snyder and Houghton Roads. On Monday, he walked away from the hospital and deputies were not able to find him.
PCSD says he was taken into custody and booked into the Pima County Jail on Friday on a $1 million bond.
