Police arrested 20-year-old Andres Leon-Valenzuela on multiple charges, including intentional vandalism, possession of marijuana, possession of a narcotic drug, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was transported and booked into the Pima County Jail.
Back on July 9, the Rialto Theatre was tagged by a graffiti vandal overnight.
The Rialto then commented on the post with a picture of a person they believe did the tagging.
Pima County recently released this video, explaining more about it's TAAG program, designed to help control the spread and prevent graffiti throughout the county.
