A new report released by OxfamAmerica Thursday highlights the states with the best places to work.
The list has Arizona in the no. 22 spot.
The report also documents the correlation between strong policies and better economic health outcomes for residents.
The United States has a strong tradition of advancements and innovations in policy at the state level. These innovations offer a template for progress for both other US states as well as the federal government, Oxfam said.
Washington D.C., Washington State, California, and Massachusetts made the top of the list.
