Apple Annie's Orchard announced on social media this morning that its orchard on Hardy Road will be closed for the day.
The last-second announcement was the result of a heavy storm that roared through the area overnight and downed several electricity poles.
Apple Annie's other locations, its produce farm at 6405 Williams Road and the country store, at 1510 N. Circle I Road, will remain open.
