A one-month-old boy who was abducted early Wednesday morning in Yuma, Arizona has been found safe.
Department of Public Safety officials issued an Amber Alert around 4:30 a.m. after 23-year-old Alfredo Lopez, abducted the child. He is the boy's non-custodial father.
Authorities say Lopez is now in custody.
The suspect also allegedly committed three counts of aggravated assault during the abduction. Lopez is reported to have forced his way into the home, pushed the mother of the child and cut her lip when leaving. He also allegedly ran over another person's legs at the scene.
