TUCSON, Ariz. — An AMBER Alert was issued for two children, who were abducted in Phoenix, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
Officials were looking for a man, named Justin, who is believed to have taken the two children, a girl named Graeme, and a boy named Rhys.

The two children, Rhys and Graeme have been found safe.
