Detectives are investigating an aggravated assault that happened in the 1100 block of 32nd Street.
Authorities believe the aggravated assault is connected to the homicide that happened on 32nd Street early Sunday morning after a wedding.
According to Sgt. Kimberly Bay with Tucson Police, a group of people came over to the house that the wedding reception had taken place at and confronted another group.

A verbal argument happened and when the group that had come to the house left they fired shots into the air.
No one was injured and no cars or structures were damaged by the bullets.
