Nogales Police responded to a crash on Interstate 19 Southbound at exit 8.
According to Sgt. Robert Fierros with Nogales PD, multiple people were critically injured.
Nogales Police say an infant was ejected from the vehicle but did not suffer injuries.
Two choppers were on the scene to fly patients out.
A total of eight people were injured in the crash.
The area has since reopened after being closed for multiple hours.
