Hometown Airmen received a sweet welcome home at Tucson International Airport.

After six months in Afghanistan, the United States Air Force Airmen were welcomed with hugs and kisses.

The love was felt across the room as family and friends held American flags, balloons, and signs.

Bob Kaster has been deployed seven times, and he says he's "relieved to be home."

"Get some rest, see my wife and get back to the home station swing of things," said  Kaster.

Stacey Edwards says she felt like she was back in high school when she saw her longtime boyfriend, Jason Martini arrive at the airport Friday morning.

Martini says he plans on spending some time with his girlfriend, "a hot tub and wine night."

The airmen will have the next few weeks off to spend time with their family, but then it's back to work.

They are stationed and working at the Davis-Monthan Airforce Base.
