4 Tucson men indicted in drive-by shooting

TUCSON, Ariz. - A state grand jury has indicted four Tucson men on charges in criminal street gang, drive-by shooting, and aggravated assault, and more related charges.

Attorney General Mark Brnovich says an investigation determined the four men had been involved in a Tucson-based criminal street gang called the Get Money Gang.

The four defendants Marc Anthony Hatter, Erubiel Alexis Bojorquez, Isaiah Nikko Meza, Israel Xavier Meza have been indicted on accusations for engaging in one of four different shootings damaging homes from December 2018.

One shooting resulted in the injury of a 16-year-old.

Tucson Police Department and Pima County Sheriff's Department assisted in the investigations.
