AIDS candlelight memorial for those who have lost a loved one

TUCSON, Ariz. - The 35th International Annual Aids Candlelit Memorial is taking place Sunday night at the Historic Y in Tucson.

The free event will be held from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. and is open to the public.

Along with the symbolic candle lighting, this event also includes, multi-faith blessing; performances, a moment of silence, and a reading of the names of those lost to HIV/AIDS.

AIDS Ribbon Tucson will be on site if those who've s lost someone to the disease would like to remember them by writing a message and name on the fabric Ribbon.
