The best of the best are competing in the 2018 Iron Chef Tucson competition this Saturday.
Brian Smith from Maynard's Market and Kitchen is going up against the reigning champion, Travis Peters. The event is from noon to 7 p.m. at Casino del Sol on June 23.
Officials say competitors will face off in a serious culinary battle before a panel of three judges.
The winner will be announced Saturday night.
