PRESCOTT, Ariz. (AP) - Authorities say two people are dead after a head-on crash in the Prescott area.
Yavapai County Sheriff's officials say deputies were dispatched Tuesday afternoon to a collision outside of Skull Valley involving a pickup truck and a sedan.
Authorities say both occupants of the sedan were declared dead at the scene.
The man driving the truck and his passenger had non-life threating injuries.
Sheriff's officials say they won't release the names of the two people who died until family members can be notified.
