PHOENIX (AP) - Police say two men have been arrested for shooting pellet and BB guns at vehicles, homes and businesses around the Phoenix metropolitan area, causing an estimated $20,000 in damage.

Phoenix police say officers Tuesday arrested 19-year-old Justin Krause and 18-year-old Jeremy Watson on suspicion of drive-by shooting and criminal damage.

The police department said the two were booked into Maricopa County Jail, but their names did not appear Thursday on the inmate list. Local court websites did not include information about the case, including names of attorneys who might be able to comment.

Officers say the drive-by shootings took place from Oct. 20-29, targeting vehicles, restaurants, residences, and convenience stores in Phoenix, Surprise and Glendale - including some that were occupied.
