PIMA COUNTY, Ariz. — Registered democrats in Pima County can expect a sample ballot for the Arizona presidential preference election in their mailboxes soon.
The Pima County Elections Department began sending out more than 125,000 sample ballots this week.
Voters should review the whole ballot and look for their assigned polling place.
Only registered democrats can vote in the presidential preference election March 17.
Arizona republicans opted not to hold a preference election with Donald Trump running for a second term.
