35-year-old Sarah Briggs has been arrested after police say she drove her car into Tempe Town Lake Friday night.
Police say Briggs swam to the shore of the lake before they arrived, and a dive team pulled the vehicle from the water.

Police say Briggs was transported to the hospital for injuries and was later arrested on suspicion of DUI.
