A Phoenix man created an on-line persona as a woman for the purpose of getting teenage girls to send him sexually explicit photos of themselves.

Parent Alert: Police believe there are more child victims in this case.

Court records show that a 55-year-old man created an on-line persona of a 23-year-old lesbian female and lured a 15-year-old girl into an online relationship where she sent him sexually explicit photos of herself, candy, a stuffed animal and jewelry.

Police say that Danny Lee Wallace created the online persona "Veronica," a 23-year-old lesbian female who befriended a 15-year-old girl. During their relationship, which started in December of 2015 and ended in March of this year. Wallace and the girl talked about having sex with each other and the use of sex toys. Wallace also convinced the victim to send him nude photos of herself.

The parents of the girl found out about the relationship with "Veronica" and put a stop to it. However, Wallace continued to contact the girl saying he would commit suicide if she broke off the relationship.

The parents of the girl reportedly told police that their daughter was extremely distraught over these suicide threats.

On May 19 police raided Wallace's home near 73rd Avenue and McDowell Road. They found a cell phone with sexually explicit photos of the teenage victim. They also allegedly found a stuffed animal, candy and jewelry sent to Wallace by the teen.

Police say they also made another alarming discovery in Wallace's bedroom. They found a log with the user names of girls he chats with on-line. They are investigating these user names, looking for other victims.

Wallace has been charged with Identity theft, aggravated luring of a minor for sexual exploitation among other sex crimes.
