TUCSON, Ariz. (KGUN) — A Tucson Police Officer and his K9 partner are recovering in the hospital after a Thursday morning crash.
A TPD spokesperson says the two were injured, but both remain alert and conscious at a local hospital for treatment.
The TPD vehicle collided with a box truck just before 3 a.m. Wednesday morning, according to Tucson Police.
The driver of the box truck walked away without injuries.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
