A 48-year-old Bullhead City man has been arrested on suspicion of setting off explosive devices.

Philip Krikorian Jr. was arrested at his home on Sunday after a few-week investigation into a series of explosions in Bullhead City.

Police began the investigation after a detonated device was found in an alleyway around two weeks ago. A nearby business said they believed another device had been set off days prior. A red Dodge pickup was believed to have been involved in the incident.

A citizen reported seeing a truck matching the description on Highway 95. Police looked into the registration and found it belonged to Krikorian, who police had contacted during a pipe bomb explosion investigation in 2015.

Krikorian lived next door to the pipe bomb explosion and was not a suspect, but was reportedly uncooperative, officials say.

After a search warrant was obtained for Krikorian's home, police located materials consistent with those used in an August incident. Completed explosive devices and a pistol were also located.

Krikorian was arrested and booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman for misconduct involving weapons, prohibited possessor of a firearm and prohibited possessor of weapons. More charges are possible.
