Bernie Sanders is coming to Arizona.
Arizona's director for Sanders' campaign confirmed the presidential candidate vying for the democratic nomination would be in Phoenix on Tuesday.
The event is set for 1 p.m. on March 15 at the Phoenix Convention Center. The event is free and open to the public, but it's first-come first-served.
Attendees are asked to not bring bags and limit personal items for security reasons. Chairs, signs and banners on sticks are not allowed.
Sanders' wife, Jane, is in town Monday to visit Sheriff Joe Arpaio's Tent City and then have a roundtable discussion with undocumented families.
