An Amber Alert has been canceled in Tempe after police were searching for eight-year-old Jazmyn Campbell and three-year-old Chandra Campbell.

As of 9:09 a.m. on Saturday authorities say the girls are safe and the suspect is in custody.

The Tempe Police Department says the two girls had last been seen with 37-year-old David Fuller on Friday at the Circle K near Mill Avenue and Broadway Road. The three left in a stolen black Chrysler Sebring with the possible Idaho license plate of K547524. There were also two dogs in the vehicle at the time.

Fuller is the biological father of Jazmyn, but has no relation to Chandra, according to Tempe police.

Fuller was involved in an argument with Jazmyn's mother Friday before leaving the Circle K with both children. Fuller may have a gun or knife on him.

Police say Fuller has been in contact with police on prior occasions, and the children were believed to be in danger.
