National Coffee Day may be the world's best unofficial holiday. National Pizza Day is definitely in the running, but for us, it takes a close second to Sept. 29, the day entirely devoted to caffeine. Establishments known for their coffee such as Krispy Kreme and Dunkin' Donuts are offering deals, but there are some companies you might not expect (hello there, Baskin Robbins!) in the mix, too. 1. Dunkin' Donuts
Swing by Dunkin' Donuts to get a doughnut and a free cup of coffee! On Sept. 29, if you purchase a medium or larger sized cup of hot coffee, you'll receive an additional medium-sized hot coffee for free—so bring a friend!
2. Krispy Kreme
It's not just National Coffee Day at Krispy Kreme—it's National Coffee Weekend! The doughnut establishment is giving you the chance to grab any of their hot brewed or small iced premium blend coffee drinks for free on Sept. 29, Sept. 30 and Oct. 1. The limit is one cup per day per customer, but hey—at least you've got the entire weekend to enjoy the deal. That's three days of free coffee!

The ice cream shop has combined your love of coffee and ice cream to create the Cappuccino Blast. They've rolled the drink out nationwide, and you can get a small one throughout the months of September and October for just $2.99.
The convenience store will be offering free coffee for 7Rewards members Sept. 29-Oct. 2, so be sure to make quite a few pit stops while the coffee is free!
Keurig is offering 20 percent off on all K-Cup pods on keurig.com on National Coffee Day. All you have to do to receive the discount is enter code CELEBRATE at checkout. The promo is valid from Sept. 29-Oct. 1, so you'll have the entire weekend to choose which flavors you'll be adding to your cart.
Lyft partnered with High Brew Cold Brew Coffee to bring free coffee to anyone who takes a Lyft ride in eight select cities. The list of participating cities include Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Austin, Dallas and Philadelphia. So, if you live in these areas—hitching a ride with Lyft will also mean getting a free can of cold brew coffee on Sept. 29.
