Maricopa County Sheriff's officials are looking for information about a woman believed to be in danger after she was seen being forced into a vehicle near Youngtown.
Officials say a woman was seen running away from an unknown man while screaming for help around 6 p.m. Sunday. She was reportedly chased to the area of 111th and Grand avenues where she was caught and forced inside of a black 2019 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck.
The vehicle reportedly sustained minor damage when the driver backed out of the area to leave at a high rate of speed. Damage may be on the passenger side of the vehicle.
MCSO says the woman is believed to be in her mid-thirties, 5 feet, 6 inches tall and between 140 and 170 pounds. She has dark-colored hair and eyes, and was wearing a black dress and sandals at the time of the incident.
The man is also believed to be in his thirties and was last seen wearing a white t-shirt with graphics and jeans.
The license plate on the vehicle in question is out of an unknown state with the numbers "AE9W27."
Officials are working to get surveillance video of the incident.
