"It's morphin' time!" Are you ready?
Some of the Power Rangers will be making a short visit to the Valley next week to throw out the first pitch at a Los Angeles Angels game in a promotional event for their upcoming movie.
Naomi Scott, Dacre Montgomery, Ludi Lin who play the pink, red and black power rangers, respectfully, in the upcoming film, Saban's Power Rangers, will throw out the ceremonial first pitch at the Angels vs. Chicago Cubs game on Monday, March 6 at Tempe Diablo Stadium.
The pitch happens at 1:05 p.m. Game starts shortly thereafter. Ticketsare still available and start at $25. Parking is $5.
The rangers will not be signing autographs or be available for photos we're told. However, movie posters will be given out and fans can take a selfie with a display.
Saban's Power Rangers hits theaters on Friday, March 24. The film also features Bill Hader (SNL, Inside Out), Bryan Cranston (Breaking Bad, Argo) and Elizabeth Banks (The Hunger Games, Pitch Perfect).
